So, you are probably thinking, what happened to Graham & The Crackers? Well, we are still alive and well! We have spent the winter recording some new tunes, and now are getting ready for a couple of summer shows we have lined up. We will be at the Hood River Lavender Daze Festival again this year on Sunday July 13th at 2:30pm, and at the The St. Francis Park Summer Concert Series Tuesday Aug 19th. Hope to see you there!

Sunday night at the Mississippi was a lot of fun - thanks to everyone that came out to hear the band.

Also, some exciting news!!! The Band's new CD "Church In A Can" is finished, and was sent out for production this week. Hope to get copies back in a few weeks .... stay tuned for a CD Release Party!

We would like to welcome the newest member of the band, Emery Wilson, bass player extraordinaire! Emery performed awesomely at last Sunday night's performance at the Mississippi Pizza Pub, and we look forward to future performances with such energy and talent Emery brings to the band!

Wow - looks like I haven't been very good at keeping this up to date!
We are in the final stages of mixing our new CD, and am starting to work on the CD art. The Band has had a lot of fun performing these past few months at the Mississippi Pizza, and a gig at the Urban Rhythms Coffee with Rick Weitzel and myself doing the Duo thing. Later - Graham

The band performed for the AIDSWalk 2006 yesterday under the Morrison Bridge on the waterfront to many, many walkers. We had a lot of fun, and since it was such a nice day, and we were jammin', we kept playing for another 40 minutes or so after all the walkers had passed!

The band is having fun this summer! Performing at the Lavender Daze Festival in Hood River was a blast! The festival was at a Lavender Farm up in the hills, with an awesome view of Mount Hood. Last week we played for the second time for the St. Francis Summer Concert Series. A fun time was had by all!

The band had a great time performing at the Pike's Place Market Street Fair Sunday. Arrived in Seattle around 12:30 and it was pouring down rain. I had a good feeling the rain wouldn't last, and about a half an hour later, the sky cleared, and the sun came out! We played a 45 min set, and the energy on stage was awesome. In the crowd, seeing the nodding heads, tapping feet, and smiles, makes it all worth while.

The band had a great time at the Saturday Market a couple of weeks ago. The band is sounding real tight, and the audience had a great time! The last show at the Mississippi Pizza pub was a lot of fun, and here is the link to an article reviewing the band and our CD from Positively Entertainment.

The band has been a bit busy these last few months. We have been at "Custer Creek Studios" (my basement) recording over the last couple of months. Also, started rehearsing a few weeks ago for this Friday's show at the Mississippi Pizza Pub.
We have almost a whole sets worth of new songs, with new song contributions from everyone in the band. This will be a really fun show, and hope to see you there!

The gig Saturday at the Mississippi was great! The band was the tightest we have ever been, and the audience was awesome! Thanks to everyone that came out to hear us!

Well, it's the new year, and I am excited and energized about the band. We have some new tunes that we will be performing at the Mississippi Pizza Pub next Saturday, Jan 28th. Updated the website with a new band picture that now includes Paul, our guitarist. Also, planning to start recording after this next gig, we have a bunch of tunes to record. Lots of cool stuff to come.......

The band got together this week and worked on some new tunes. We also made a rough recording of them, and they sounded pretty good! I have been trying some different things out with my tunes (styles, grooves, etc.), and am having a lot of fun. The plan is to have some new songs ready for our gig at the Mississippi Pizza at the end of January, and then start recording our next album.

We had an awesome CD release party Oct 22nd at the Mississippi Pizza Pub! We played to a packed house, and thanks to everyone that came out to support us! Just booked a gig in late January back at the Mississippi.

Well, it is finally happening! The CD is off being duplicated, and hoping to see the copies back next week. Planning on a CD release party Oct 22nd, at the Mississippi Pizza Pub.
We played at the Saturday Market Main Stage last Saturday, and had a blast! There was a great crowd, and the band sounded great! We shot some video, and if I can figure out how to download it onto my computer and edit it, I will post a snibit on the website.

It's been a little while since I have posted. The band has been busy gigging and finishing up the CD.
Both gigs last week at the Mississippi Pizza Pub & the C-Bar were great! Thanks to everyone that showed up to support the band.
We performed more "acoustic-like at the C-bar. This was our first time performing much quieter, and without our drummer. Rick Barry joined us on congas, and the show went great!

Heard back from the Mississippi Pizza Pub yesterday, and we will be performing there Thursday, August 18th, from 6-8pm!
Hopefully we will be finishing up vocal tracks this week for our upcoming CD: "There's No Place Like Home". Next will be mixing down and mastering. I have been working on the CD jacket, and it is coming along nicely.

Just got confirmation today that we will be performing at an outdoor concert at the St. Francis Park (SE 12th & Oak) for their Tuesday Concert Series. This will be on Tuesday, Aug 23rd, from 7-9pm. This will be a fun gig....but aren't they all?
Also confirmed that we will be performing Sat, Aug 6th, for a Block Party/Benefit Show for the Montavilla neighborhood. Don't know what time we will be performing yet.
We have another recording session tonight. We have new tunes from both Matt and Gene that we would like to get recorded.

We just got a gig at the C Bar, Friday, August 19th.
We will be performing from 8-10pm.
The C Bar (located at 2880 SE Gladstone) serves food, beer, wine,
and is Smoke-Free!
We will also be performing at the St. Francis Park on SE 12th near Stark, either Tuesday Aug 16th or 23rd, for their Outdoor Concert Series.
I will let you know which date soon.

The gig at the Mississippi Pizza Pub was awesome! Matt Edmonds (our bassist) sang and played guitar along with Gene Ehrbar for an acoustic set. The band came on around 6:30, and played 2 high-energy & fun sets (I could see the toe-tappin' and swaying to the music from the audience!). There was a great crowd, and thanks to everyone that came out to here us play!

The Website went "LIVE" today! With some inspiration from the Paisley Pop Webmaster King, Jim Huie, the site came together nicely.
